Add Docker deploy config for VPS (node-server + Traefik)

- Dockerfile: bun build with Nitro node-server preset -> standalone Node runner
- docker-compose.yml: Traefik labels for automatic HTTPS, runtime env from .env
- .dockerignore + DEPLOY.md (Hostinger VPS: Docker + Dockge + Traefik steps)
